Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  

Damages

 

Fit In Twenty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Return & Refund Policy

 

Thanks for shopping at Fit In Twenty. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

If you are seeking an exchange or return, please only contact us at contact.fitintwenty@gmail.com. Please describe your concerns and reasoning behind the exchange or return in full detail! We are here to help and better our brand for you! We will do our best to respond within 24-48 hours. Once approved, you will be provided a shipping label via email to print. 

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will NOT give full refunds if the item is damaged, used, or dirty. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund via email after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
