ACCOUNTABILITY

What better way to get started or continue your health and fitness journey than with a group of women with similar challenges, goals, and mindsets? You will be placed in an accountability group chat with 10-11 other women who are seeking knowledge, motivation, and support to kickstart their health & fitness journey. This will be YOUR motivation to keep pushing forward as well as a safe space to share thoughts, feelings, challenges, and successes. I'd also like to think that these groups create forever friendships —I love seeing my previous clients keep in touch and comment on each other's photos MONTHS later !

SUPPORT

My 6 Week Challenge program is full of support. You will have access to message me separately whenever about literally anything (well, pretty much everything)! 😉 My goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entirety of this journey. In addition to being your coach, I am your friend — someone to lean on, vent to, share your successes, and discuss your challenges. I want to see you win!

EDUCATION

My goal is to EDUCATE! Plain and simple. I want you to finish this program with an abundance of health and fitness knowledge while feeling comfortable and confident to navigate your journey on your own. On average, healthy habits take 21 days to form! I will be your mentor and teacher — helping to guide you to develop and maintain these healthy habits. You ARE capable of starting or continuing your health and fitness journey, and I want you to complete these 6 weeks feeling independent and prepared to put all of our practices into place.

WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH ONLINE COACHING?!

1.

ACCESS TO THE 6 WEEK CHALLENGE FOREVER!

This includes 4 workouts per week with one additional cardio day! Minimal equipment is required — giving you the option to workout at home!

24/7 ACCESS TO YOUR MENTOR & COACH — ELLEN DECKER!

She will be available to answer any & all questions you have throughout your 6 Week Program while also providing you guidance to reach your specific goals!

NUTRITION GUIDE & MEAL PLAN. This includes 80+ recipes with all the macros, ingredients, and calorie information! All recipes are quite delicious and easy to follow.

WEEKLY COACHING CALLS.

You will hop on a weekly zoom call with Ellen to check-in. These calls will be in small groups with 1-2 other women in the group! Get to know your community and discuss any thoughts or concerns!

3.

ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP CHAT. This group chat is a safe space to communicate with your small and intimate community of women! It promises to be full of support, encouragement, positivity, and motivation!

6.

PRIVATE FACEBOOK COMMUNITY. After the 6 weeks is complete, you will be placed in a private Facebook group with the rest of the clients from online coaching! We will always have a place to connect post 6 Week Challenge!
