PB COFFEE PROTEIN SHAKE...that tastes like dessert for breakfast

This is one of our clients favorite recipes, and yes it does taste like dessert!


If you are a coffee drinker, you will absolutely love this recipe. It will satisfy your morning of afternoon sweet tooth and it literally takes 1 minute to make. If you don't do caffeine, no worries - you can always sub for decaf! All you'll need is a few ingredients...



What You Need:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1/2 cup fresh brewed cold coffee

  • 1 scoop peanut butter or vanilla protein powder

  • 1 scoop collagen

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder



Procedure:


1. Place all ingredients in a blender, but leave the coffee to go in last. Make sure the coffee is cold! You can throw it in the freezer for 20 minutes beforehand.


2. If your banana is not frozen, add a few ice cubes! Sub collagen for an extra scoop of protein powder if desired... enjoy!
