Every week, you will have 4 - 25 min workouts to complete on the app, with one cardio day as well! Access to the 6 Week Challenge will be included for free in this program
This is a HUGE part of seeing results! I will be giving you 80+ recipes that I created that are quick and easy. Each recipe will have the ingredients, macros, calories, procedure, etc. I will also recommend over 100 different brands that are clean and delicious; granola, bread, yogurt, snacks, etc. The Nutrition Guide will be an in-depth PDF of overall food knowledge for you to have and keep.
Every week, we will have a team or small group coaching call! This will be your weekly check-in with Ellen and your team members to ask questions and learn content about a variety of topics. No worries - we will always discuss in the group the best time that works for everyone! If for some reason you can't make it - all team calls will be recorded.
EVERYONE'S FAV! You are not alone throughout this challenge. You will have a small community group chat of about 9-10 other women going through exactly what you're going through. You will have a sense of ease and comfort knowing that you can share your thoughts, feelings, and have support from your team!
**Support hours with Ellen on GroupMe are M-Sa 9am - 5pm. I will respond within a few hours up to 24 hours. Open to any questions!**
